REFUND POLICY
We inform our customers that, according to the laws on the sale of digital goods, we do not make refunds once the file has been downloaded or used. This is because digital products can be duplicated or distributed without restriction and therefore cannot be refunded. In addition, we inform our customers that there may be paid apps (ex. goodnotes 6) that can be replaced by other types (Notability, Collanotes, ZoomNotes and much more) totally free of charge.
By purchasing the digital product, the customer accepts these terms and conditions and waives the right to claim a refund.
